Oshan Academy is a proprietorship owned and operated by Gagandeep Singh, also known as Prince Oshan for brand and social media purposes.

You agree not to engage in abusive, discriminatory, hateful, illegal, harassing, or disruptive behaviour towards us, our team, or other members in any channel (including WhatsApp, Telegram, Skool.com, Systeme.io, email, or social media).


We may, at our sole discretion, remove you from a community, program, or group without refund if we determine that your behaviour violates these standards or harms the experience of others.

9. Digital Access, Duration & Changes

  • Many of our products and services provide immediate access to digital content, live sessions, or community spaces after payment.

  • Access duration (for courses, recordings, communities, bonuses, or software) may vary by offer and will either be stated on the relevant sales or course page or communicated to you via email, WhatsApp, or other channels.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any program, course, community, or feature at any time. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of significant changes to enrolled clients.

10. Payments, Subscriptions & Taxes

Payments may be processed through third‑party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or others we may use from time to time.


By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the price of the product or service, including any applicable taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, or fees.


For subscriptions or installments (if offered), you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to programs, communities, or services.

Due to the digital and educational nature of our products and services, all sales are final.


No refunds will be issued once access is granted to any digital content, community, call, or software, including coaching, courses, memberships, or retainers, unless a specific written guarantee is clearly stated for that offer.
